Cheerful Log Cabin Blanket

This pretty little blanket measures approx. 31"x31" and made using US8 needles and Bernat Super Saver and I Love This Yarn.

Colorful Blocks Blanket

Using US8 needles I cast on 41 sts, knit 80 rows and bound off using either Bernat Super Value or I Love This Yarn yarn to make nine blocks.  I sewed the blocks together making three rows of three.  I picked up sts on one side and knit six rows and sewed one row onto another and repeated once more before picking up and knitting around  for the border.  This blanket measures approx. 38"x35".  This blanket will go into my gift box.

Ground Cover Project Piece L-17

My piece of the Ground Cover Project is L-17.  It is completed and ready to be mailed to Phoenix, AZ where the installation of the pieces will be on December 6.  All 300 blankets will then be given to the local homeless.  It's a wonderful project to have been a part of.
